Here are the steps to transcribe or translate audio directly from popular messaging applications:

• For WhatsApp:
  • Long press on the voice message.
  • Tap 'Forward', then select the share icon located in the bottom right corner.
  • Choose 'Transcribe the audio' or 'Translate the audio' from the share sheet (if not visible, check the 'More' screen).
• For Messages:
  • Long press on the voice message.
  • Select the wave icon.
  • Tap the share icon in the bottom left corner.
  • Select 'Transcribe the audio' or 'Translate the audio' from the share sheet.
• For Voice Memos:
  • Click on the more icon in the voice memo.
  • Choose 'Share' from the menu.
  • Select 'Transcribe the audio' or 'Translate the audio' from the share sheet.

The app provides four distinct methods for utilizing its transcription and translation features:

1. Importing audio within the app:
   1. Launch the Speechless app.
   2. Import your desired audio file in one of the supported formats (mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpga, m4a, wav, or webm).
   3. Easily toggle between Transcriptions and Translations as needed.
   4. Select "Transcribe" or "Translate to English" and await completion for results to copy.
2. Importing audio using the Share sheet:
   1. Select an audio file and click the Share button.
   2. Locate and select the Speechless app icon to be redirected.
   3. If absent, tap on "More" and enable it there.
3. Translating audio via Share menu (outside the app):
   1. Select your audio file and click the Share button.
   2. If "Translate the audio" is missing, select "Edit actions" to enable it.
   3. Choose "Translate the audio" from the share options to initiate translation without opening the app.
4. Transcribing audio via Share menu (outside the app):
   1. Select your audio file and click Share.
   2. If "Transcribe the audio" is unavailable, go to "Edit actions" to enable it.
   3. Select "Transcribe the audio" in the share options to begin transcription without opening Speechless.
